- m***c (3414)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe book was a good deal and shipped quickly. Unfortunately it was simply wrapped with cellophane & a piece of bubble wrap and shipped in a box larger than the book. The book bounced around which rounded all the corners. The weirdness began when I asked the seller to leave feedback. They said they "My policy is that I consider your feedback the end of our transaction together when I know you have received the product and are satisfied." They refused to leave feedback for me. That's not right.Reply from: thefamilybookspot- Feedback replied by seller thefamilybookspot.- Feedback replied by seller thefamilybookspot. This was an odd interaction! When you ship over 1K orders a year, you find some unreasonable people! He let me know the book arrived in better condition than he expected. I carefully package all shipments and have loads of feedback reflecting my care. When evaluating the pictures of my listing the corners were already slightly rounded from gentle use before leaving my inventory. This was a canvas type softcover. Customer received the exact book pictured. He refused to send pics after delivery.
