Tower is damaged with the outer shell and lower back right of frame BENT. Items that were part of listing were not included (No Windows (98SE restore CD.) Upon contacting seller to inform them of the damage and to request refund, I now have to BUY A 2ND TOWER, the seller is refusing to handle it and forcing me to wait until eBay steps in next week Seller was rude, inconsiderate, and lazy.
