Unfortunately, the pulley was hard to turn by hand. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Sent the alternator back and received another one. They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures.
