    Received a non working electric Land Rover part. Seller made good way beyond any expectation and did so extremely quickly. I have probably bought 20,000 items on ebay. Mostly very good, but some small percentage with issues, so because of having bought so much stuff it equals quantity of problems. Sometimes the issue gets taken care of, sometimes not. I have NEVER seen a seller respond so comprehensively or so quickly to a problem, with great communication. I am actually extremely impressed !!!
