    BEWARE! Seller shipped a clearly used tool (photos submitted) that was sold as new. I made my return request within 5 min. (documented) of USPS delivery and he still accused me of using them. Then threatened me with "...now ship them back since your done using them and just using this to get your $17 back, and they better be in real working condition when I get them back." Only the second Item I have ever returned in almost 27 years on eBay.
