    The shipping took a long time and the packaging wasn't very good, so it arrived broken, but the seller worked with me to get me a refund, although their response time was not very fast. It fit my 2011 Town Car, just like my old one with a broken motor. This is a good way to fix the broken forward/backward adjustment that's common on these cars. It was a bit rusty, though.
