Console also arrived with a white powdery substance all over it. The console was returned to the seller, and they didnt even both refunding me; Ebay forced the refund 3 days later. Seller did not respond to any messages either. I contacted the seller he shipped the correct item 2 more times, both lost by usps. He sent a 3rd item and I finally received it in great condition just as described.
