- o***e (122)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAVOID like the plague .. terrible experience with this seller. aggressive and rude. sold me a laptop, when recieved it was locked to someone elses email. Contacted and was told how to override the settings to get access. Then couldn't download anything to the laptop as it registered to other details. Seller becomes very standoffish and aggressive when you message them. Will give every excuse under the sun. He will probs reply saying it's my fault because he seems to do that.Reply from: northlondonuk- Feedback replied by seller northlondonuk.- Feedback replied by seller northlondonuk. It was not locked, but registered to my Microsoft account, because otherwise you cant finish off totally the restore process. I provided her with my passcode, but she said did not receive it, so I told her how to reset it, which is a two minute process with Chromebooks. She managed to do that, registered it to herself, with password, but requested a return stating that the laptop is defective does not work and sent it back with her details on the Chromebook. Cheap liar to save £3.60 postage..
