     Battery on the picture has number and then S in the end of it. That means it’s slowly discharging less longer for my application. I received item without S on the back. Which infect means I received different item.

    I am sorry for the confusion my eBay's friend.The "S" signifies the battery is Silver-Oxide and not the original mercury based battery cell; which was discontinued back in the early 1990's. Hence, this replacement is now in use.You are correct, the original Bulova #387 battery was a "Low-Drain" rated at 1.35v while this Renata #387 or #387S is a standard 1.55v. Arguably, if a watch have regular and timely service maintenance, then this cell should last 8-12 months as any normal battery should.
