But I was totally disgusted to see multiple clumps of blond hair in the brush attachments. The seller should’ve taken a few minutes to clean and sanitize the appliance, since it is a used product. It took me 15 minutes to clean and sanitize it thoroughly.

I requested refund, opened a case of did not receive (sellers request) at this point seller stopped communicating, had to have ebay follow through which takes awhile to get refunded. original shipping issue not sellers fault but did not enjoy how it was handled
