My only concern was the dog hair and fuzz I found under the Velcro straps on the back (the heal) of each of the shoes. This should have been cleaned out before shipping. The packaging was done carefully. The sandals were reasonably priced. I have issues with pain in my feet and this style and brand make walking a bit more comfortable for me as I am on my feet a lot for my job.
