    A very easy purchase process and arrived in good time. This is a gift for one of my grandchildren so i was a little disappointed by how the item arrived. the box was all caved in and I'm hoping the item is ok in the box. Not opened as its a gift. This is probably more to do with the chosen postal service rather than the seller but it could have done with a bit of protective wrapping- just some feedback really.

    Item came 3 days late in second hand condition & also the cube was popped and broken . After contacting seller he has offered “partial” refund as he said it’s my responsibility to claim for delivery of merely £4, then it was eBay’s responsibility, not the sellers . This was my son’s birthday money he asked for off family so he could buy these cubes & he’s been left with a second hand 1 & still no refund . Seller has claimed to of contacted eBay but still not refunded or replaced like they stated
