- o***- (116)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived with a lot of scuff marks, not welled packed for a fragile item.Reply from: trnapartswarehouse- Feedback replied by seller trnapartswarehouse.- Feedback replied by seller trnapartswarehouse. The item was packaged as it was when it came from the manufacturer. It was a brand new part, never been used. I was never even removed from the box. Any damage incurred was due to mishandling by the carrier, which is why we have insurance on our packages. However, the buyer has to actually let us know there is a problem so we can file a claim with the carrier and we haven't been contacted once.
