I asked to return and they accepted but that night they cancelled the return. I sent a message asking for the return label but they ignored me! Two weeks later they are still ignoring all my messages. I spent £85 on the 3D printer and it sparks and smokes. It won’t print and almost caught fire. I do not recommend you buy anything from this seller after they lied to me. I now have the printer and no use for it. No good
