I have an issue with another delivery and ebay did not respond within the last 14 days. About this shipment: It is stuck at UPS since June 26 (and for whatever reason the tracking was not available until July 07. They claim address and contact not available, but when I finally was able to talk to a UPS agent on July 14 he confirmed having my correct address, my phone number and my email address, and so far no delivery or contact by them.
