That plant was in very poor condition. I contacted the seller and a replacement was issued immediately. The replacement and the original undamaged plant are fine specimens and are both thriving

When questioning delivery delay (48 hrs service) Dave representing The Good Life retorted "I presume that it is on its way up to you" - not really a good customer centred approach. However - product appeared to be intact but do not know if this the actual quality it should be.
