    This was part of a bulk order, and a second purchase from this seller. Great communication. All of the figures were wrapped individually in bubble wrap, but despite the seller's efforts some of them sustained damage in transit with the courier. The seller was very responsive and we agreed quickly a proportionate refund for the damaged items. It was just an unfortunate situation, and I'd still be very happy to buy from this seller again, especially due to the professional response.
