But I was totally disgusted to see multiple clumps of blond hair in the brush attachments. The seller should’ve taken a few minutes to clean and sanitize the appliance, since it is a used product. The issue was with the invalid shipping address that this customer provided. USPS just increased their rates on July 13 and this customer refused to pay the difference expecting us to reship it out of pocket. We have not received the item back yet we still refunded you.
