Unfortunately the postal service destroyed the box & a piece of the the bowl was broken off & totally missing from the box - it must have fell out of the gaping whole they tried to tape shut! I only needed to replace the base, which works beautifully, so I opted not to file a claim. The seller was unaware of the damage & had nothing to do with it.
