Item is in new condition but the small area of overspray on wires is why buyer determined it was refurbished. I looked at other open box sales for same item & they had the same overspray - all were new. I let buyer know that item was new and other sold listings had same overspray, and it is how they were manufactured. I asked that he open return if he was unhappy, & I didn't hear back until now.
