(Her words) so needed a Samsung to replace it . Now Sony,Samsung,lg have stopped manufacturing blu ray players , so purchased this one it did have small surface scratches but we were aware of it , the player works fine after I got them to talk to each other , so she turns it on and it appears on screen and off it goes back to sky ! She’s very happy !
