    Initial 3 HDD-s received were not as described: 1. not new (used, but relabeled, one drive had even readable data on it!) 2. not compatible with IBM storage DS3524 (rejected due to wrong Vendor ID) 3. one of the drives was Dead-On-Arrival. Seller sent 3 replacements, thank you. These were functional and compatible, so I could use them, but still not new. Somebody resets working hours and attaches new labels, but is not bothering even to reformat the drives. Used, certainly not new drives!

We are a shop that prioritizes service, and since the hard disk is sealed in a box when we receive it from the supplier, we don't know its condition.
