      What the buyer wrote isn't entirely true. The following actually happened: Purchase date: May 27 / Shipping date: May 27 to Canada (with tracking) / Buyer opened an eBay case on June 13 (without prior contact) / Full refund on June 16 / Buyer received the shipment on June 25 and kept the full refund. We are not responsible for the shipping delay. Of course, buyers are entitled to rate a transaction accordingly. But even a disappointed buyer shouldn't write untruths!
