They shipped from two locations for the order so there was a little confusion when we only got part of the items but they were friendly and helpful in their reply.

The memory card works when inserted, but sometimes isn't detected and needs reinserted after awhile, but it's probably a quirk of age with either the card or the Wii. It was packaged without any padding, but the envelope was tight enough that it wasn't able to move any, and as such arrived undamaged. Overall great experience with item and seller. Would recommend.
