My issue was, I thought it was from the UK as its called best cycle UK. Yes, I should have checked but ordered it quickly for my husbands birthday. He bought one himself, I asked to return, this wasn't a problem for the seller who give me the return details. It was going to cost me over £30 to return. I've just kept it. Just be aware when buying it'll cost you a fortune to return. The seller was very helpful answered promptly.
