    I fear being given bad feedback, but I must tell others about my experience with G7. I bought a Benchmark DAC2 in "full working order" and it did not turn off properly (only got a blinking error LED). After requesting a return, the seller offered a £50 refund and told me to unplug it instead of using the power button. To me this indicates he was aware of the fault. After I refused a refund, he said the DAC worked perfectly and “You probably dont know how to use it”. The refund was issued fast.
