However, after not seeing a shipment notification after a week I sent a message to the seller to get an ETA. The seller simply issued a refund and stated that the item must have gotten lost. I wonder how long it would have been before the seller had taken any proactive steps. My guess is that the seller realized that he had Free Shipping on the item and didn't want to honor it.
