    I had ordered 4 bowls and one turned out to have broken in shipment. The seller sent the replacement right away and I opted to buy two more bowls from this seller to be shipped at the same time. The additional bowls arrived in perfect condition. This seller went out of their way to make things right. I would buy from this seller again.

The dishes were packed very well, but these dishes are prone to chipping and breaking. the seller had extra bowls and offered to sell me two more bowls. the sent the replacement bowl and the two extra bowls with no shipping charge.
