Listed as like-new and never worn so I expected it to be flawless, but there is light wear to the watch housing and band, as if it was worn a few times (or at least has some shelf wear). I purchased this for myself so I don't mind it's not fresh-from-the-factory-new, but a more accurate description would have reflected light wear. Still, great shape, great item and excellent service overall.
