She also sent me a screenshot showing I paid in full, but said she’s not sending the item til she is paid… eBay support stated multiple times that the item was paid for & explained their policy but she still refused. Also refused to accept cancellation requests so now I have to do “money back guarantee” and opened a claim with my bank.
