Sent me 10 sealed packs of 4, so 40 total. l contacted seller & was told "not his fault" he didn't set $$ fee, someone else's fault". He in Missouri, box came from supplier in New York. Of course, messaged me "a stand-up guy, did not charge me that amount", so who did? No resolution or customer service so asked Ebay to step in. Sent me a label by message. As of now, he has received ALL back (seller) & told refund would happen by today. Hasn't.

I was expecting the item by Friday as quoted and the reason I paid $14 over the average price. I'm going to assume they pocket the extra and order the cheaper one. I ordered the cheaper one as a back up and it shipped from the same location.
