    The buyer said in their request for a refund that the item was not as described and "no internet", and in feedback she wrote "not dsl refunded ty". The Actiontec Verizon MI424-WR WiFi Wireless Router Modem is not and never has been a DSL modem and nowhere in my description did I mention DSL connectivity. The description was accurate. I went ahead and fully refunded the buyer anyway rather than argue over $6 (!) - and there you have it.
