There is a screw hole on the upper cold shoe clip accessory that needs to be adjusted because it is blocked and the screw below cannot be tightened.

Correctly sized screwdriver for this screw in size #0 or #00 can tighten it on an angle. Alternatively, if the properly sized screwdriver isn't available, knurled cold shoe screw can be removed for easy straight access. Hold front and back for straight access so the cold shoe springs don't fall out.
