    Extremely helpful and courteous. Product was as described and good quality. Very slight damage which happens some times but nothing that would stop me wearing them. When I mentioned it,they offered to replace the item immediately but sadly I need them before they could be replaced, and so they gave me a 25% refund instead. Would definitely shop here again.

    Unfortunately was sent the wrong product then when contacted by the seller I was offered a 20% refund for a mistake that was made by the seller. Asked for a 50% refund which was accepted but feel like I’m out of pocket over a mistake that shouldn’t of happened and £15 all in for the size of the bottle is a bit crazy
