You were too impatient and rude to wait and work with me. I was in the middle of a knee replacement and I apologized over and over. And you would have gotten a full refund if you had waited for a return label but you decided to return it on your own. Please do not try to put this on me, I have learned in my my 27 years some people cannot be pleased and are just difficult while others can be sweet
