Heatsink arrived literally loose in the box, and it was missing a screw, I've to reapply thermal paste and crucial thermal pad was missing. Installed the card and ran initial tests immediately suffered a thermal shutdown, the memory chips lacking the thermal pad had visible yellow discoloration on their surface indicating severe overheating. Product isn't "open box" it's clear it has been used in the worst way pushed to limits.
