Muffled, radio static, even some songs with only background vocals. Trying to get the seller to coordinate a return is a nightmare as well. I've asked multiple times for a return shipping label just to be told to wait. Paper inserts don't even fit in the case, have to be cut, also had to replace a cover due to a crack. Definitely too expensive for what you receive. Very deceptive.
