It was listed as grade A but it shipped with a damaged screen, a bad SSD, and a battery that was missing 57% of its health. I reached out to the seller to ask for a partial refund, enough to cover a new screen. Its restoration is ongoing. The screen is being installed and I'm still waiting on a new battery. I cant say that I would recommend this seller. While I did receive help the machine, it was in bad shape. We are both taking a loss.
