Away unexpectedly & unable to receive the package, with no 'safe place' or a 'neighbour' nearby endless attempts to request 'collection from a parcel shop' failed; the Evri Bot "Ezra" could not understand... Conflicting info on Evri website concerning change of delivery point neither helped the seller nor me. Evri has much to improve. Delighted with purchase upon my return.
