I contacted Mr. LeBoeul, who responded right away that he would be willing to refund the price of $18. I reminded him that the price was only $15, but he refunded the $18 plus tax and sent me a link to the manufacturer for purchasing the plans I need. The hopeless situation was turned into one that I can live with. Mr. Boeul is a fine gentleman. Threaten sellers isn't the way to handle the situation. But it all worked out for Mr. Harris. He gets a model for free and $3.00 credit for shipping. There is no ill feelings on my part. Cheers
