Be advised: This model is not compatible with GMRS frequencies -except- to receive (HA1G is the model for GMRS). Product description is accurate; I overlooked that portion where it is unable to TX on those bands for emergency use. I wish additional batteries were available for purchase, but I was unable to find any on their website, nor their eBay page at the time of this review. USB-C charging worked well.
