In 3 days it froze 3 more times. Even offered seller if they had anything “better” Ide be willing to pay to upgrade, even after failure of first. Was told they had nothing better. Scary. First photo was freeze after 5 minutes, the second after 15 minutes. We're very sorry again, but our customer service team supplied the proper troubleshooting Q&As for this issue.
