TURNED OUT THEY SENT US A PALMREST FROM A WRONG BATCH - DAMAGED ONE! IT'S FROM SPAIN AND WE ARE IN THE UK - LATER THEY SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ALSO NOT WORKING SO ITS BEEN 1 MONTH EXACTLY TODAY I LOST LOADS OF MONEY AND NERVES !!! TERRIBLE !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATTACHING SCREENSHOTS!!!!!
