It was well packed. I have been buying on Ebay was started 1st started and had problems years ago that I quit buying. I saw the HP was the right price. In the past, with some Sellers that I dealt with sold bad items. Not this time. I got it out of the packing I could not believe how great it looked, like New. The i5 with all Gb's it's very fast. The 1 yr warranty ++++
