      Purchased 2 fans 24/06/2025. Package came dented. Unboxed. One fan didn't work. Other fan was far too loud (guess: loose part within). Sent video and photos to seller to seller as requested. Seller made excuses and tried to reasure that it never happened before. Seller offered partial refund, but I never received it. I offered to return the fans for spare parts. It was all pointless as neither fan works as it should and no refund was given. Fans were the correct colour at least. Today: 6 Aug
