    The hat was shoved in a tiny bubble mailer. The brim is bent and I’m left having to try to figure out how to correct it. The hat was new as described and also had the tags on but because of the poor shipping choice it is not in perfect condition which is unfortunate. It sits crooked and has a weird twist around the brim causing the fabric to look lopsided. Hopefully it can be fixed, but just manipulating it back isn’t an option as it’s creased.
