I could understand that if it was a plastic cheaper item. Shipping and item total cost was over $1500 the poor packaging resulted in another repair which I figured to be cheaper than $600 shipping it back and I needed the door or I wouldn’t have had one shipped. None local available. It’s a Cadillac and glass in the door. Try to package fragile items more cautiously.
