      Even though its listed on the box that the SATA cable is included it doesn’t come with it. And they don’t except returns so im stuck with it and cant use it. When I asked they just said “no” not even sorry

      The ad on ebay and description clearly said the following items are included: Package Included: 1 x 3.5-inch esata 0 SATA HDD Enclosure 1 x AC Power Adapter 1 x Mounting Kit *Hard drive is NOT included We never stated a sata cable is included .

      He’s not understanding the issue. The issue isn’t that the item isn’t listed as being included but that it isn’t listed as NOT included. Why would a cable needed to use the item not be included even though it’s listed on the box as being included? It would of had to be removed from the box and he’s probably selling them separately and not allowing returns. It’s vey shady. This could be resolved easily by sending me the cable for free (not paying shipping either) and specifying not included
