After disassembling the computer and removing the old cable and power button, i noticed that the old cable connection to the motherboard had a jumper that this part did not have. I installed it anyway. On boot up I got a message saying the PWR Button cable was about to fail. Bottom line is it works, but I need to hit return on boot up to get past the message.

Placed a complaint with EBAY only to be told that the seller provided them with another tracking number but I still don't have the alleged tracking number or the item. I want my money back. I won't do business with this seller again.

I sent evidence of this upon receival, and the seller responded with grace, and offered a partial refund which was appropriate based on the damage. System is performing within the top 25% based on benchmarks and all other components work. I'd recommend purchasing from this seller. Price was fair considering.
