The manual suggested it was a two person job but I was able to do it alone. All pieces fit, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It also suggested using a drill (though, I think they mean screw gun) but I had no problems getting it together with a standard phillips screw driver. I have the best "cat house" in the neighborhood!
